2017 represents the 8th year that Forrester Research and ARMA International have collaborated on joint research. This session will highlight many of the key findings from this recent survey data. Led by industry analyst, Cheryl McKinnon, particular attention will be paid to Canadian tech spending trends, and issues unique to government. Understand how cloud, intelligent content services, and automation will shape IM/IT teams into the future.

*** Note: Conference will be given in English ***

Cheryl McKinnon is a principal analyst serving enterprise architecture professionals; she helps them support their firm’s need for content and collaboration technology capabilities in the age of the customer.
