 Thursday October 22 2015, 12-1:30pm

ARMA International has collaborated with Forrester Research over the last six years to track the trends, challenges, and evolution of records management and information governance. This session, with a focus on Canadian data, will highlight some of the key findings of the survey and help RIM professionals benchmark against their global peers. Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, Cheryl McKinnon, will present the survey findings and discuss where Forrester sees Records and Information Management heading in 2016 and beyond.

*** Note: Conference will be given in English ***
